Purpose of the treatment
The personal data you provide are necessary for the performance of the ICQC – Carbquality.org activity.
Nature of the conferment
The provision of your personal data is mandatory to be able to contact you again, and any refusal to provide such data would make it impossible to manage the relationship with you and the impossibility of any informative meeting.
Methods of treatment and conservation
The treatment will be carried out in manual form, using methods and IT tools, in any case in compliance with the security measures referred to in art. 32 of the GDPR 2016/679 and Annex B of the Privacy Code (articles 33-36 of the Code), by persons specifically appointed, in compliance with the provisions of art. 29 GDPR 2016/679. Please note that, in compliance with the principles of lawfulness, purpose limitation and data minimization, pursuant to art. 5 GDPR 2016/679, the retention period of your personal data is established for a period of time not exceeding the achievement of the purposes for which they are collected and processed and in compliance with the deadlines prescribed by law.
ICQC – Carbquality.org reserves the right to keep your data, unless otherwise specified, in order to be able to contact you subsequently for eventual information, without prejudice to your right to request at any time the deletion of data from our archives .
ICQC – Carbquality.org is also available to provide any information related to the internal management of data, better detailed in DPIA, Rev. 0, dated 22/05/18, and related assessment of the risks related to the treatment contained therein.
Scope of communication and dissemination
We also inform you that the collected data will never be disclosed and will not be communicated without your explicit consent, except for the necessary communications to send informative material.
Particular categories of personal data
Under no circumstances, for the purposes related to the ICQC activities – Carbquality.org, will be required data related to “particular categories” (ie those data that reveal “racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious beliefs or philosophical, or union membership … genetic data, biometric data intended to uniquely identify a physical person, data related to health or sexual life or sexual orientation of the person “).
